  • How do I delete my account from the game?

    You can delete your current account through the in-game [Settings (gear icon)] - [Delete Account] button.


    After applying for account deletion, you may withdraw your application within 7 days from the date of application.

    If all 7 days have passed, game data will be deleted.

    Please note that restoration to the previous state is not possible.


    ※ In some games, account deletion occurs immediately without a separate grace period.

    ※ You can check the grace period on the account deletion application screen.

  • What is account linking?

    If you use the game after linking your account, your game data can be safely protected, and you can continue playing the game on other devices.


    If you use the game without linking your account, recovery of game data may not be possible in situations such as losing your device or accidentally deleting the game, so we recommend that you play after linking your account if possible.


    We support account linking through platforms such as Google and Apple, but as supported platforms may vary depending on the game you are using, please contact the customer center for each game for details.

  • I want to use the game on another device.

    Before playing the game on another device, please check the linkage status of the account used on the previous device.

    If you have not linked your account from your previous device, you will not be able to continue playing the game on another device.

  • What is game membership number?

    The game membership number is a unique ID for using the game, and can usually check this in the in-game settings (gear icon).


    If you inquire about your game history, we will use your membership number to check for any problems in the game or your game history, and provide guidance.

    Also, if an event is held, you can participate using this membership number.

  • Access to the game is restricted!

    If the game usage policy has been violated or a suspected violation has been discovered during the game usage history, use of the game may be restricted.


    If you have used the game in the normal way but are restricted from using it, please submit your inquiry to the customer service center of the game you are using and we will check and provide assistance.

  • Stuttering occurs while using the game.

    If you are having trouble accessing or using the game, please check the information below.


    1. Check the OS version of the device you are using

     - Please check the minimum OS specifications of the game you want to use and then proceed with the version update.


    2. Securing the capacity of the device being used

     - If the capacity of the device you are using is insufficient, it may cause various problems.

      Please use the game with sufficient storage capacity.


    3. Check concurrently running applications

     - If multiple applications are running at the same time, interruptions may occur due to a rapid increase in memory usage.

     - In order to use the game smoothly, we recommend that you use only one app if possible.


    4. Check network status

     - Access to and use of the game may be unstable in environments with poor network connectivity.

     - Please use the game in a location with a smooth network by checking or switching data connections such as Wi-Fi, 5G, and LTE.


    5. Check usage time

     - If you play the game for too long without quitting, the game may be forced to quit due to device overload.

     - Taking a break every time you play is essential for healthy gaming!


    6. Clear cache and data

     ■ Android (AOS)

      1) Settings on the device → Application → Select game to delete → Storage → Delete cache, delete data

      2) Reboot the device after deleting the game app

      3) Reinstall the game and run it


     ■ iPhone (iOS)

      1) Press and hold the game app icon you want to delete on the device screen for 2 to 3 seconds.

      2) Touch the [X] button to delete the app and reboot the device.

      3) Reinstall the game and run it


    7. Check announcements in the official community

     - Interruptions may occur due to game updates, errors, or maintenance.

     - Please check related news through the official community of the game you are using.

  • I don't want to receive game messages (pushes).

    We support the push function to provide information on various in-game content usage, notifications, and events.


    If you do not wish to receive push messages, you can unsubscribe from receiving notifications using the method below.

  • How do I file an inquiry about using the game? (Suggestion/Error Report)

    Please contact customer service through the [Contact Us] button on the in-game settings screen.

  • Where can I check the OS version of my device?

    If the OS version of your device is too low, you may not be able to use the game smoothly, so please check the specifications before installing the game.

  • I need payment help

    ■ If the product is not paid after payment

    If the network connection is unstable at the time of purchasing the product, the product may not be paid immediately after purchase, and payment of the product may be delayed by up to 48 hours.
